At Nitish Kalita Flute, we carefully pack every order before dispatch to ensure that your flute reaches you safely.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• After dispatch, delivery generally takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched and tracking details have been generated, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If payment has already been made and the cancellation is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Reasons for Order Cancellation by Us

• Product being unavailable or out of stock
• Incorrect pricing or discount information due to a technical error
• Technical or website-related errors
• Other circumstances where fulfilling the order is not reasonably possible

Wrong Flute Scale or Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate flute scale and size before placing an order. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

A wrong flute scale or size selected by the customer will be handled according to our Replacement & Refund Policy.

Customized & Sale Products

Customized flutes or products made according to specific customer requirements may not be eligible for cancellation, return or replacement and may require additional processing time.

Natural Bamboo Variations

Our bamboo flutes are handmade using natural bamboo. Slight differences in colour, grain, diameter, weight, texture and appearance are normal and should not be considered defects.

Damaged Product on Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos.
